I have been browsing the internet for recipes for years. Unfortunately, to my own cost I had to realise that I had come across recipes that had been uploaded by people not having any professional knowledge about them. These people might excel in computer programming, but they are not competent in making cakes. It has happened many times, that only after making the cake did I realise that I had not found the right recipe. This applies to different forums, as well. Self-appointed confectioners enthusiastically upload their recipes onto the internet.

Who may know whether these recipes are really good?
Has anyone ever tested them?

However, I cannot say that only wrong recipes are there on the internet. I myself have found useful and good cake recipes too. I printed the recipe on paper and then made the cake. Everyone found it delicious and my efforts were crowned by success. Then I put aside the paper with the recipe on with care. So well that I did not find it anymore :)
Of course I do not remember the address of the web site, so I didn’t find that either.
